Monetary Limit Clause Samples

Monetary Limit. This Contract shall have a monetary limit of five-hundred thousand dollars ($500,000). For the period of May 6, 2008 through and including May 5, 2009, Contract Number S1000000298 shall have a monetary limit of six-hundred thousand dollars ($600,000). For the renewal period of May 6, 2009 through and including May 5, 2010, contract number shall be known as S2000000298 and shall have a monetary limit six-hundred thousand dollars ($600,000). Contractor shall notify the County Deputy Purchasing Agent in writing when the expenditures against this Contract reach seventy-five (75) percent of the dollar limit of this Contract. County shall not be responsible for any expenditure overruns and will not pay for work exceeding the monetary limit of the contract unless a change order to cover those costs has been approved by the Board of Supervisors.

Monetary Limit. This For the term of May 6, 2013 through and including May 5, 2014, Contract shall have a monetary limit of dollars $350,000. For the term of May 6, 2014 through and including May 5, 2015 and any subsequent terms the amount is increased to a not to exceed amount of $450,000. Contractor shall notify the County Deputy Purchasing Agent in writing when the expenditures against this Contract reach seventy-five (75) percent of the dollar limit of this Contract. County shall not be responsible for any expenditure overruns and will not pay for work exceeding the monetary limit of the contract unless a change order to cover those costs has been approved by the Board of Supervisors.

Monetary Limit. If, notwithstanding this clause 12, the Applicant is proven at law to have a valid claim for damages against the GBCA (it being the intention that no such damages may be recovered) then, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the GBCA’s total liability to the Applicant under this Agreement will be limited to ten times the Fees paid by the Applicant at the date such claim is notified to the GBCA.

Monetary Limit. IN NO EVENT SHALL GBX’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO LICENSEE FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED CHF 50,000.

Monetary Limit. If, despite the foregoing limitations, for any reason Response becomes liable to Distributor in connection with this Agreement, then the liability of Response shall be limited to the prices paid by Distributor for Products in the 12 month period preceding the determination of liability.

Monetary Limit. This Contract shall have an annual monetary limit of $375,000.00 for a total aggregate amount of $1,500,000.00. $1,125,000.00. County shall not be responsible for any expenditure overruns and will not pay for work exceeding the monetary limit of Contract unless an Amendment is issued in accordance with Article C, Amendment of the General Terms and Conditions of this Contract.

Monetary Limit. Severance compensation under this article shall be determined as follows: A) For days 1 through 100 of unused accumulated sick leave, the teacher shall be compensated at a rate of $75.00 per day. B) For days 101 through 170 of unused accumulated sick leave, the teacher shall be compensated at a rate of $80.00 per day. C) Severance compensation shall be paid at the time of retirement, death, disability, or expiration of reinstatement rights from unrequested leave in accordance with provisions of Article XV. D) The district’s maximum lifetime financial liability for each employee shall be equal to the sum of paragraphs (A) and (B) of Section 1., Subd. 4 above. Situations regarding unrequested leaves of absence are to be settled to the mutual satisfaction of the district and the employee.

Monetary Limit. This Contract shall have a monetary limit of $1,125,000 with individual maximum obligation budgets for each fiscal year in the amount not to exceed $375,000.

Monetary Limit. The Total Value of supplies against this contract shall not exceed ₹10.00 Lakhs (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) unless amended subsequently.
