Common use of Monitoring and Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Monitoring and Maintenance. The Dischargers submitted Utility Inspection, Maintenance, and Settlement Monitoring programs for different portions of the site to the City of Redwood City as part of the site’s post-closure activities. This program includes providing surveyed permanent benchmarks on the property, surveyed utility alignments, and detailed periodic observations and records of settlement of the water facilities and the sanitary sewer force main.
