Monitoring and quality control. To ensure compliance with relevant regulations, data generated by this study must be available for inspection upon request by representatives of BioLine Innovations Jerusalem, Venn Life Sciences AG(CRO), auditing personnel and relevant local regulatory authorities. Regular on-site visits for monitoring of study activities and data recording will be scheduled. Formal reports of these visits will be generated and copies provided to relevant Sponsor and study personnel.
Monitoring and quality control. 1. It is the duty of the Director to insure that clients represented by the contractor receive appropriate quality representation through random client contacts. Contractor is required to cooperate with the Director in the evaluation, monitoring and quality control measures. Therefore, the Director will be part of the attorney/client confidential relationship between the contractor and the client as it is necessary to monitor and evaluate the appropriateness of the representation and to accomplish the following quality assurance measures: a. Periodic evaluation of whether contractors are making contact (in-person or by phone) in a confidential setting with each new client within 72 hours of assignment or appointment. If contact cannot be made within that time period, the contractor shall document the reason(s) for the failure and whether an opportunity for confidential communications occurred prior to the client’s first court hearing. b. The Director will periodically evaluate and monitor that contractors are performing the following tasks when they first meet with a client following a new case assignment: (i) advise the client of the right to jury trial and right to a speedy trial; (ii) advise the client of the elements of the charge and that the prosecutor must prove each element beyond a reasonable doubt to obtain a conviction; (iii) advise the client of the right to present a defense;
Monitoring and quality control. Due to the size and challenging workplan of this project, monitoring and quality control procedures are of utmost importance. A 9-monthly internal reporting procedure will be set up in order to facilitate the monitoring of the project and ensure quality control. The Work package leaders will send a 9-monthly progress report to the Coordinator, based on the reports provided to them by the Parties participating in the respective work package. This reporting procedure will allow close monitoring of the project in terms of technical progress, project effort and costs and of available financial resources and spending. On the basis of these reports, the Project Management Board will assess progress in the development of the project and quality of results. The reports will also facilitate the preparation of the interim and final reporting reports.
Monitoring and quality control. 6.1. The Availability and Response Time of the Services, as described in Articles 4 and 5 above, are measured by Van Ons B.V. using a real-time uptime monitoring tool. This tool checks the availability of a site every 60 seconds and sends notifications to Van Ons B.V. through various channels. 6.2. If the measurements indicate that an Incident has occurred, Van Ons B.V. will make reasonable efforts to inform the Client as soon as possible. The Incident will then be handled in accordance with Article 17 of this Service Level Agreement. 6.3.   • STANDARDS AND QUALITY The Supplier shall at all times during the Contract Period ensure that the Services are delivered in accordance with: the Digital Service Design Manual (and the Supplier shall comply with the processes and procedures set out therein); the Standards; the KPIs; the Methodology; the applicable SOW; and all other applicable provisions of this Contract.

  • Monitoring and Reporting The Programme Operator shall monitor, record and report on progress towards the programme’s outcomes in accordance with the provisions contained in the legal framework. The Programme Operator shall ensure that suitable and sufficient monitoring and reporting arrangements are made with the project promoters in order to enable the Programme Operator and the NFP to meet its obligations to the donors. When reporting on progress achieved in Annual and Final Programme Reports, the Programme Operator shall disaggregate results achieved as appropriate and in accordance with instructions and templates received from the FMO.
