In the event that District has reason to believe that Hazardous Materials may be present on the District Property, District may require that, at Lessee's expense, testing ▇▇▇▇▇ be installed on the District Property, at locations determined by District, and may cause the ground water to be tested to detect the presence of Hazardous Materials by the use of such tests as are then customarily used for such purposes. Lessee shall comply promptly with any such request.

Monitoring ▇▇▇▇▇. While the burn has been completed, there may be embers, smoldering logs, or other sources from which fire could escape. Landowner, knowing that TPE would be willing to remain on the site for an additional period of time to monitor the area and ensure that there is no escape of fire, agrees that TPE may leave the site and does hereby release TPE from further responsibility relating to the fire and does hereby agree to assume all further responsibility for ensuring that no fire escapes from the burned area. After TPE leaves the property, the Landowner agrees to hold TPE harmless on account of any fire that may escape.

After that time the Landowner agrees to assume responsibility for monitoring the burn area to insure that no fire will escape. Before the Monitoring Well Deadline, the Project Company or Water Supply Corporation shall (a) secure and record property rights to the Monitoring Well Sites for the benefit of the LPGCD, including access rights thereto, using instruments approved in form and substance by the LPGCD, (b) construct the Monitoring ▇▇▇▇▇ on the LPGCD-approved Monitoring Well Sites and (c) furnish the Monitoring ▇▇▇▇▇ with equipment approved by the LPGCD, all in compliance with the Groundwater Operating Permits and Monitoring Well System Construction and Maintenance Agreement.
