Multi-Campus Units. The following units are the only units required to float across all campuses: SLEEP LAB.
Multi-Campus Units. There are no nursing units required to do cross campus floating. In the event the Employer decides to create cross campus assignments, the Employer will meet with the Union and representatives of staff to address staff concerns and convene a Change Team. All applicable contractual practices will be followed.
Multi-Campus Units. These articles (7.6 and 7.6.1) shall only apply to the following units that only float between First Hill and Cherry Hill: Cath Lab, Cherry Hill Interventional Radiology; and to these that float to all campuses: Cancer Institute, preadmission, Dialysis, Employee Health.

In the event a new multi-campus unit is created, all affected employees shall be assigned a home campus and UB-MCF positions will be created pursuant to the contractual procedures identified by the Change Process Team, potentially including but not limited to 7.1 Recruitment and Selection, and/or Article 10, Reorganization. Data will be collected as part of the post-restructure process to identify how often floating between campuses is occurring and whether FTEs at one campus should be increased to minimize floating. Only employees in multi- campus units are required to float across campuses.
Multi-Campus Units. The following units are required to float across campuses between First Hill and Cherry Hill: Cath Lab, Cherry Hill Interventional Radiology, and EEG Lab/Epilepsy monitoring staff, Pulmonary testing, and Anesthesia. The following units are the only units required to float between all campuses: Sleep Lab and Echo.

In the event a new multi-campus unit is created, all affected employees shall be assigned a home campus pursuant to the contractual procedures identified by the change team potentially including but not limited to 7.1 Recruitment and Selection, and/or 10.1 Layoffs.

  • Units Interests in the Partnership shall be represented by Units. The Units initially are comprised of one Class: Class A Units. The General Partner may establish, from time to time in accordance with such procedures as the General Partner shall determine from time to time, other Classes, one or more series of any such Classes, or other Partnership securities with such designations, preferences, rights, powers and duties (which may be senior to existing Classes and series of Units or other Partnership securities), as shall be determined by the General Partner, including (i) the right to share in Profits and Losses or items thereof; (ii) the right to share in Partnership distributions; (iii) the rights upon dissolution and liquidation of the Partnership; (iv) whether, and the terms and conditions upon which, the Partnership may or shall be required to redeem the Units or other Partnership securities (including sinking fund provisions); (v) whether such Unit or other Partnership security is issued with the privilege of conversion or exchange and, if so, the terms and conditions of such conversion or exchange; (vi) the terms and conditions upon which each Unit or other Partnership security will be issued, evidenced by certificates and assigned or transferred; (vii) the method for determining the Total Percentage Interest as to such Units or other Partnership securities; and (viii) the right, if any, of the holder of each such Unit or other Partnership security to vote on Partnership matters, including matters relating to the relative designations, preferences, rights, powers and duties of such Units or other Partnership securities. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement to the contrary, any reference to “Units” shall include the Class A Units and any other Classes that may be established in accordance with this Agreement. All Units of a particular Class shall have identical rights in all respects as all other Units of such Class, except in each case as otherwise specified in this Agreement.

  • The FTPS Unit Servicing Agent shall be indemnified ratably by the affected Trust and held harmless against any loss or liability accruing to it without negligence, bad faith or willful misconduct on its part, arising out of or in connection with the operations of the Trust, including the costs and expenses (including counsel fees) of defending itself against any claim of liability in the premises, including without limitation any loss, liability or expense incurred in acting pursuant to written directions to the FTPS Unit Servicing Agent given by the Trustee or Depositor from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Indenture or in undertaking actions from time to time which the FTPS Unit Servicing Agent deems necessary in its discretion to protect the Trust and the rights and interests of the FTPS Unit holders pursuant to the terms of this Indenture.

  • Common Units The capital structure of the Company shall consist of one class of common interests (the "Common Units"). The Company shall have authority to issue one thousand (1,000) Common Units. Each Common Unit shall have one vote and shall otherwise be identical with each other Common Unit in every respect.

  • Layoff Units ‌ A. A layoff unit is defined as the entity or administrative/organizational unit within each college/district used for determining the available options for employees who are being laid off. B. The layoff unit(s) for each college/district covered by this Agreement are described in Appendix B.

  • Class A Units If a Warrantholder exercises Warrants in connection with a tender offer for settlement prior to the First Regular Call Date, each Class A Unit called in connection with such exercise shall receive, in addition to principal and accrued interest, $1.50 per Class A Unit from the proceeds of the Warrant exercise. Class B Payments: If a Warrantholder exercises Warrants, then the Class B Units designated to be called in connection with such exercise shall receive the corresponding portion of the Class B Present Value Amount, adjusted for accrued Class B Payments on the Class B Units otherwise paid. If the Underlying Security Issuer redeems Underlying Securities and the previous paragraph does not apply, then the Class B Units designated for a redemption in connection with such redemption of Underlying Securities shall receive the amount with respect to the Class B Present Value Amount allocated for distribution in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Distribution Priorities below, paid as of the date of such redemption as an additional distribution.
