Multiple Proposals Clause Samples
The Multiple Proposals clause establishes the rules and procedures for situations where a party submits more than one proposal or bid in response to a request. Typically, this clause clarifies whether multiple submissions are allowed, how they will be evaluated, and if the party must designate a primary proposal. For example, a vendor might submit different pricing or technical solutions for the same project. The core function of this clause is to ensure fairness and transparency in the evaluation process, preventing confusion or manipulation by clearly outlining how multiple proposals will be handled.
Multiple Proposals. Multiple Proposals from a Proposer are permitted; however, each Proposal must conform fully to the requirements for each Proposal submission. Each such Proposal shall be submitted separately and labeled as Proposal #1, Proposal #2, etc. on each page included in the response.
Multiple Proposals. Only one Proposal will be accepted from any one person, partnership, corporation or other entity; however, several alternatives may be included in one Proposal.
Multiple Proposals. Applicants may submit only one proposal under this solicitation. If an applicant submits more than one, then they will be contacted by EPA prior to the evaluation process to determine which one to withdraw. However, an applicant organization may be a partner on a proposal from another organization.

Multiple Proposals. Multiple proposals are defined as the submission by the same Bidder of two or more responsive proposals offering significant variations in the hardware and software configurations and/or implementation approaches, each of which meets the requirements of the RFP. Multiple proposals shall be submitted separately and will be evaluated as independent proposals. Please note that specific alternatives to individual RFP items may be included in a single proposal as long as these alternatives or options are identified and explained (see Sub-section 2.2.1).
Multiple Proposals. Suppliers interested in submitting more than one Proposal may do so, so long as each Proposal stands alone and independently complies with the instructions, conditions, and specifications of this RFP.
Multiple Proposals. In order to eliminate any conflict of interest between the Department’s Environmental Consultant and the Contractor, the Department’s Environmental Consultant is excluded from this contract.
Multiple Proposals. After evaluation and criteria grading of the proposals, the proposal with the highest number of total points will be the successful proposal. In the event that two or more proposals equal in criteria points, the following shall apply:
1. The University may elect to contact the tied Proposers and request that they submit a best and final offer within a designated timeframe.
2. During this process, no bid information will be provided until the best and final offer process has concluded.
3. After all best and final offers are received, the University will accept the highest-scored proposal over all others.
Multiple Proposals. No person, firm or corporation shall be allowed to make more than one proposal for the same work, unless alternate proposals are called for. A person, firm or corporation who has submitted a proposal to a bidder, or who has quoted prices on materials to a bidder, is not hereby disqualified from submitting a proposal or quoting prices to other bidders. Providing the Village with pricing on the specified item and another on a non-requested alternate item is not considered a multiple proposal. The alternate item if not requested will not be considered.
Multiple Proposals. A primary vendor may not participate in more than one proposal in any form. Sub-contracting vendors may participate in multiple joint venture proposals.
