Mutual Extension. All deadlines within this article may be extended by mutual agreement of the Parties.
Mutual Extension. All deadlines within this article may be waived or extended by written mutual agreement by the Parties. Failure to adhere to the time limit at Step 1 shall result in the matter being considered satisfied and no further action shall be taken. Mutual Extension. The Developer and the District may mutually agree in writing, to extend the Term Sheet Phase, by an additional sixty (60) calendar days without further amendment to the Restated Agreement. The sixty (60) day mutual extension set forth in this Section 2(b) shall be in addition to the Parties’ mutual extension set forth in Section 2 of the Third Amendment that was exercised by the Parties on or about September 11, 2023 as described in Recital E above. Any mutual extensions of the Term Sheet Phase shall require approval of the Board.

  • Renewal, Extension The renewal or extension of any Letter of Credit shall, for purposes hereof, be treated in all respects the same as the issuance of a new Letter of Credit hereunder.

  • Time Extension CONTRACTOR shall provide a time extension request on completion of Task Order for delays caused by others (Permitting Agencies, COUNTY or Contract Cities, or unforeseen conditions such as inclement weather, etc.) and at no fault by CONTRACTOR, subject to approval by COUNTY. COUNTY will review the request and determine in its sole discretion whether the situation warrant a time extension at no-cost or with costs. If CONTRACTOR completes the Task Order beyond the stipulated completion date without COUNTY’s specific written approval for time extension, CONTRACTOR will be subject to liquidated damages and may be construed as non-responsive, which may affect CONTRACTOR for considerations for future Task Orders or projects.
