Common use of Nature of Position Clause in Contracts

Nature of Position. 6.1 The duties and functions to be fulfilled by the employee will be as provided for in the position description provided by the employer, together with such other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time by the employer as incidental to an employee's main functions. 6.2 The position description may be changed from time to time by the employer following consultation with an employee. The employer will provide any necessary training and support to accommodate any changes made to the position description.
