New Appointees Clause Samples

The "New Appointees" clause defines the procedures and requirements for appointing new individuals to specific roles or positions under an agreement. Typically, it outlines the process for nomination, approval, and notification when a new appointee is selected, and may specify qualifications or conditions that must be met. This clause ensures that all parties are aware of and agree to changes in key personnel, thereby maintaining transparency and continuity in the management or execution of the agreement.
