  • No Discrimination The parties agree that there shall be no discrimination within the meaning of the Ontario Human Rights Code against any employee by the Union or the Hospital by reason of race, creed, colour, age, sex, marital status, nationality, ancestry or place of origin, family status, handicap, sexual orientation, political affiliation or activity, or place of residence.
