No Minimum Purchase Requirement Sample Clauses

The No Minimum Purchase Requirement clause states that the buyer is not obligated to purchase a specific minimum quantity of goods or services from the seller. In practice, this means the buyer can order as much or as little as they need, without facing penalties or breaching the agreement for low volume. This clause provides flexibility for the buyer and reduces their risk, ensuring they are not locked into purchasing more than they require.
