No Right of Appeal. Each of the Parties hereby expressly waives any right under any law and regulation, decree or policy having the force of law that would otherwise give a right to appeal against the decision of the arbitral tribunal, and the Parties agree that neither Party shall appeal to any court from the Award, so that on decision taken by the arbitral tribunal there shall be no other Indonesian authority or panel.
