Common use of No Severance Pay if Termination for Cause or Initiated by Employee Clause in Contracts

No Severance Pay if Termination for Cause or Initiated by Employee. As provided in Section 3.4(a), should Employee be terminated for cause, the City shall have no obligation to pay the severance provided for in Section 4.1 above.
