The Written Summary clause requires that a summary of key terms or actions be provided in written form, ensuring that all parties have a clear and accessible record of important information. Typically, this clause applies to agreements where complex terms or negotiations have taken place, and the summary may be delivered as a separate document or as part of the main contract. Its core function is to enhance transparency and understanding by distilling essential points, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes over the agreement's content.
Written Summary. The City Manager may, at his/her sole discretion, elect to provide a written summary of each performance evaluation to Employee within two (2) weeks following the conclusion of the review and evaluation process.
