Participation in Program. You confirm that you agree to participate in the Program and authorize NBDB to deal with the assets in your Account in accordance with the standing instructions detailed herein, as well as applicable law and regulations. You understand and agree that this allows NBDB, in your name, to purchase, sell, exchange, convert and negotiate securities and carry out other investments allowed in respect of your Account for the assets you have selected and hold in your Account, and grants NBDB the authority to act in your name in any manner necessary or useful to further these standing instructions regarding the assets in your Account.
Participation in Program. Facility may terminate the participation in the Program of any student(s) or Faculty member(s) whose behavior, competency, ability or other conditions, are, in Facility’s sole discretion, detrimental to the operation of Facility, and/or to proper rendering of quality care to Facility patients. The Facility will notify the Institution of its actions and the reasons for its actions as soon as reasonably practicable.
Participation in Program. 1.1 Entry into the Program is open to residents of Canada that have reached the age of majority and are living in provinces and territories where such programs are not prohibited by law.
1.2 Entry into the Program is at the sole discretion of AXISDORADO. Each Participant must agree to these terms and conditions. If You do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, you may not participate in the Program. AXISDORADO or TELUS may discontinue or make changes to the Program, including the associated requirements and rewards, or this Agreement at the discretion of AXISDORADO or TELUS and without notice.
Participation in Program. Participation in the assistance program shall be voluntary, except for those employees not terminated for a drug or alcohol abuse violation. Employees who test positive, per Article 10 of this Agreement, shall be required to participate in this employee assistance program. Seeking and/or accepting assistance to alleviate an alcohol, drug, or other behavioral or emotional problem will not in and of itself jeopardize an employee’s job security.
Participation in Program. I understand that children enrolled in the Annex are expected to participate in the daily scheduled program. The Annex is unable to alter the program to provide one-on-one childcare needs or specialized childcare needs.
Participation in Program. 2.1. PROGRAM. Magnet Forensics has established the Program under which Magnet Forensics authorizes certain educational institutions to act as Academic Partners and include Magnet Forensics Content in the courses such education institutions provide to their students.

On or after the Effective Date, the Company will provide written notice by certified mail to each eligible property owner of the rights and obligations provided by this Program, including the Owner's right to participate in the Program, the Effective Date of the Program, and the requirements for participation in the Program. A copy of this Exhibit "B" to the Host Agreement shall be provided to the property owner with such notice. The property owner may elect to participate in the Program by delivering notice to the Company in writing, no later than ninety (90) days after the date of receipt of such notice from the Company, that the property owner desires to participate in the Program. The property owner (hereinafter the "Participant"), at the same time of such notification to the Company of the Participant's election to participate in the Program, shall also provide the Company with a copy of the deed or other legal instrument demonstrating the Participant's legal ownership of the property, including a complete legal description and any existing survey plat of the Participant's eligible property. Any eligible property owner who fails to timely elect to participate in the Program in this manner will not be authorized to participate in this Program after expiration of the 90-day notice period provided in this Section. For any eligible property having more than one lawful owner as of the Eligibility Date, the owners shall be authorized to participate in this Program only if each owner elects to participate by notifying the Company in the manner and within the time period provided in this Section.
Participation in Program. Upon Customer’s submission of the Connector Factory Request Form, Qlik shall consider Customer’s request to develop a connector (the “Lite Connector”). Qlik will provide an initial response to Customer’s submission of the Connector Factory Request Form within fourteen (14) business days.
