NOISE ATTENUATION. All residential structures located within the 55dB CNEL or larger contours shall comply with Title 25 of the California Administrative Code to at- tenuate exterior noise such that interior noise levels shall not exceed 45dB CNEL in any habitable room. Enlargements and additions to a dwelling unit in existence on the effective date of these regulations shall only be subject to the noise attenuation standards of this Subsection for that portion of the structure that is to be enlarged or added to the existing structure.
NOISE ATTENUATION. 10.1. The Owner agrees that all external air conditioners, ventilation systems, exhaust fans or other similar mechanical equipment shall be directed away from abutting properties or appropriately buffered so as to attenuate noise impact and shall also be screened from view on neighbouring residential properties, to the satisfaction of the Director of Community and Development Services.
NOISE ATTENUATION. All diesel equipment shall be operated with closed engine doors and shall be equipped with factory-recommended mufflers.
NOISE ATTENUATION. That the Developer shall have a qualified engineer investigate the need for acoustical shielding along Powerline Road and Rest Acres Road and the recommendations contained in the Noise Study be implemented through this Development Agreement. Should shielding be necessary, it shall be built to the satisfaction of the County, at the expense of the Developer. Any noise attenuation will be located on the lands being developed and not on municipal road allowances, and will be maintained by the Developer and subsequent owners. Each offer or purchase of all or any part of the Lands shall contain a caution to the purchaser that no alteration of the acoustical shield for the property or surrounding properties, and/or building or buildings, is permitted without the express written approval of the County. Also, maintenance and replacement of any acoustical shielding shall be at the sole cost and responsibility of the landowner.
NOISE ATTENUATION. All Operations shall comply with the noise restrictions imposed by any governmental authority.
NOISE ATTENUATION. 9.1. The Owner agrees that the proposed rooftop parapets for the commercial building be maintained in all plans, in accordance with the Noise Feasibility Study prepared by HGC Engineering (dated October 23rd, 2017). 9.3. The Owner agrees to implement the recommended noise mitigation measures contained in the Noise Feasibility Study prepared by HGC Engineering (dated October 23rd, 2017).
NOISE ATTENUATION. Purchasers are advised that despite the inclusion of noise control features within the development area, noise levels may continue to be of concern, occasionally interfering with the activities of the dwelling occupants.
NOISE ATTENUATION. Interior noise reductions measures shall be implement as recommended in the Traffic Noise Assessment study prepared for Westwood Professional Services, Inc. dated June 15, 2018.
NOISE ATTENUATION. The Contractor has not made any additional provisions for the treatment of noise within the Boiler House nor the location of the plate heat exchangers for each tower block as it was not envisaged at the time of tender.
NOISE ATTENUATION. 13.1. The Owner agrees to implement the approved noise control measures as recommended in the noise assessment document titled ‘Noise Feasibility Study Apricot ▇▇▇▇ Phase 4prepared by HGC Engineering Ltd.
