NOISE LIMITS Clause Samples

NOISE LIMITS. During the Event, music volume must be such that it does not disturb the residents in the neighborhood. Specifically, music from the Event cannot be heard more than 100 feet from the Hall. In this residential area, there is a noise curfew that prohibits any disrupting noise after 11:00 PM, at which time the music must stop, and the Event must end by Midnight including cleanup. (see item 7 above).
NOISE LIMITS. The transmitted noise power in dBm/MHz of frequency selective con- sumer boosters outside the licensee’s spectrum blocks at their uplink and downlink ports shall not exceed the fol- lowing limits: (1) ¥103 dBm/MHz¥RSSI (i) Where RSSI is the downlink com- posite signal power received in dBm for frequencies in the band of operation outside the licensee’s spectrum block as measured after spectrum block fil- tering is applied and is referenced to the booster’s donor port for each band of operation. RSSI is expressed in nega- tive dB units relative to 1 mW. (ii) Boosters with MSCL less than 40 dB, shall reduce the Noise output in (A) by 40 dB¥MSCL, where MSCL is the minimum coupling loss in dB between the wireless device and booster’s server port. MSCL must be calculated or measured for each band of operation and provided in compliance test re- ports. (2) (i) Fixed booster maximum downlink noise power shall not exceed ¥102.5 dBm/MHz + 20 Log10 (Fre- quency), where Frequency is the uplink mid-band frequency of the supported spectrum bands in MHz.
NOISE LIMITS. No activities such as concerts shall be permitted on the Easement Property that produce noise levels in excess of 65 decibels as measured on trails surrounding the Easement Property. Agricultural, construction, maintenance and landscaping equipment such as tractors, chainsaws, and leaf blowers are specifically excluded from this provision.
NOISE LIMITS. The treatments specified by the Contractor shall achieve the sound pressure levels given below. Hold Level • Storage Space 85-db(A) • Machinery Room 90-db(A) • Rigging Room 90-db(A) • Stateroom 1 65-db(A) • Stateroom 2 65-db(A) • Head 75-db(A) • Spud Winch Room 4-S 90-db(A) • Spud Winch Room 4-P 90-db(A) • Spud Winch Room 6-S 90-db(A) • Spud Winch Room 6-P 90-db(A) Main Deck Level • Machine Shop 80-db(A) • Divers Locker Room 75-db(A) • Head 75-db(A) • Admin Office 75-db(A) • Exterior Work Deck 85-db(A) • Exterior Work Deck Outside 20’ Radius of Generators 85-db(A) The noise survey during tests and trials, shall be based on the average of the broadband sound pressure levels taken at various representative locations in the reverberant field of the compartment or space in question. Values should be measured using the A-weighted scale with the meter set for slow response. If the noise limits are exceeded and it is found that the excess is due to poor workmanship or quality control, the shipyard shall correct whatever deficiencies that are identified by the excessive noise.
NOISE LIMITS. All activities associated with the vacation rental shall meet the General Plan Noise Standards. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
NOISE LIMITS. Sweeping shall be conducted as quietly as possible and shall conform to applicable federal, state, county, and City noise level regulations as they now exist or may be amended in the future. The City may conduct random checks of noise emission levels to ensure compliance.
NOISE LIMITS. (1) The transmitted noise power in dBm/MHz of consumer boosters at their uplink port shall not exceed ¥103 dBm/MHz—RSSI. RSSI (received signal strength indication expressed in nega- tive dB units relative to 1 mW) is the downlink composite received signal power in dBm at the booster donor port for all base stations in the band of op- eration. (2) The transmitted maximum noise power in dBm/MHz of consumer boost- ers at their uplink and downlink ports shall not exceed the following limits: (i) Fixed booster maximum noise power shall not exceed ¥102.5 dBm/MHz + 20 Log10 (Frequency), where Fre- quency is the uplink mid-band fre- quency of the supported spectrum bands in MHz. (ii) Mobile booster maximum noise power shall not exceed¥59 dBm/MHz. (iii) Compliance with Noise limits will use instrumentation calibrated in terms of RMS equivalent voltage, and with booster input ports terminated or without input signals applied within the band of measurement.
NOISE LIMITS. □ If staying in the marina overnight, NO NOISE or MUSIC IS PERMITTED AFTER 10:00PM / 12:00 PM and is enforced by the Marina.

Related to NOISE LIMITS

  • Use Limitations Your license is solely for the purposes of creating, presenting, hosting, analyzing, viewing and delivering Events (as defined below) to Authorized Users, subject to any limitation of Seats (as defined below) specified in the Order Form. “Event” means a single live broadcast event transmitted over the SaaS Service created and/or sponsored in whole or substantial part by Customer or Customer’s employees that is branded under Customer’s name. The term “Events” shall include both live and archived Events. “Seat” means each Authorized User served by a stream of digitally encoded data that delivers an Event to such Authorized User in the SaaS Service and shall include an Authorized User’s access to live Events and archived Events but does not include an access to a downloaded archived Event. A limitation on a number of Seats limits the number of unique Authorized Users of the Service.

  • Purpose limitation The data importer shall process the personal data only for the specific purpose(s) of the transfer, as set out in Annex I.B, unless on further instructions from the data exporter.
