Non-Member Attendance Clause Samples

The Non-Member Attendance clause governs the conditions under which individuals who are not official members of an organization or group may attend its meetings or events. Typically, this clause outlines any requirements for prior approval, limitations on the number of non-members, or specific events where non-member attendance is permitted. By clearly defining these parameters, the clause helps maintain organizational control over meetings, ensures confidentiality when necessary, and manages the flow of external participants.
