Common use of Normal Work Hours Clause in Contracts

Normal Work Hours. Normal work hours are defined as 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday with exception of holidays. BROKER may, with or without notice, alter work hours at BROKER’S sole discretion. BROKER shall make itself available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in the event of an emergency related to the safety of tenants or preservation of the PREMISES.
