Notice for Overtime. 19 If overtime is required, the administration will endeavor to give notice of twenty-four (24) 20 hours of overtime requirements and notice of forty-eight (48) hours of requested holiday 21 overtime. However, such notice shall be at least four (4) hours prior to the commencement 1 of an overtime requirement unless agreed to by the employee. No employee shall be 2 compelled to work overtime on holidays.
