Common use of Number of Hours Clause in Contracts

Number of Hours. At the beginning of each school year, the Union shall be credited with forty (40) hours to be used as the discretion of the Union for the purpose of conducting its duties as Exclusive Representative. The Union has the option of requesting additional hours with approval of the superintendent. The cost of the substitutes shall be paid by the Exclusive Representative.
