OBJECTIONABLE USES. Tenant shall not do or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises which will in any way obstruct or interfere with or infringe on the rights of other occupants of the building, or injure or annoy them, or use or allow the Premises to be used for any improper, immoral, or objectionable purposes; nor shall Tenant cause, maintain or permit any nuisance in, on or about the Premises or commit or suffer to be committed any waste in, on or about the Premises. Tenant shall not be liable to Landlord for any other occupant's failure to so conduct itself.

OBJECTIONABLE USES. Any use which is deemed by the Declarants to be incompatible or objectionable, including without limitation any use which, in the Declarants' opinion, might product offensive or unusual odors, fumes, dust, smoke, noise or pollution, or which might produce an unusual danger of fire, explosion or other casualty, shall not be permitted in Lincoln Commerce Center. All business, production, servicing and processing shall take place within completely enclosed structures unless expressly approved by the Declarants.

  • Unacceptable Use ‌ 3.1 The following is considered unacceptable use of the trust’s ICT facilities by any member of the trust community.   • Acceptable Use You agree that you are independently responsible for complying with all applicable laws in all of your activities related to your use of the Service, regardless of the purpose of the use, and for all communications you send through the Service. We and our Service Providers have the right but not the obligation to monitor and remove communications content that we find in our sole discretion to be objectionable in any way.
