Objective 5. To determine uncertainties in relation to the full MRT dose measurement chain from a primary standard to a range of commercial and non-commercial dosimetry calculation platforms. This includes image quantification (such as uncertainties in the selection of volumes of interest (VOI) and image reconstruction); integration of TACs, propagation of uncertainties in NTCP models, and determination of the overall evaluated uncertainty in the absorbed dose quantification process.

  • Objective The objective of DST’s Security Policy and related information security program is to implement data security measures reasonably designed in material respects to be consistent with applicable prevailing industry practices and standards (“Objective”). In order to meet such Objective, DST uses commercially reasonable efforts to: a. Protect the privacy, confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all confidential data and information disclosed by or on behalf of Fund to, or otherwise comes into the possession of DST, in connection with the provision of services under the Agreement and to the extent the same is deemed confidential information under the terms of the Agreement (collectively, “Fund Data”). For the avoidance of doubt, and without limiting the foregoing, “Fund Data” includes all Confidential Information of the Fund and its agents or service providers, including, without limitation all “Customer Information,” as contemplated in the Agreement; b. Protect against accidental, unauthorized, unauthenticated or unlawful access, copying, use, processing, disclosure, alteration, transfer, loss or destruction of the Fund Data; c. Comply with applicable governmental laws, rules and regulations that are relevant to the handling, processing and use of Fund Data by DST in accordance with the Agreement; and d. Implement customary administrative, physical, technical, procedural and organizational safeguards. e. Implement means and technology to encrypt Fund Data, mutually acceptable between the Fund and DST, while in transit to and from DST.

  • Acceptance Criteria The Services and Deliverables must meet the following acceptance criteria or the JBE may reject the applicable Services or Deliverables. The JBE may use the attached Acceptance and Signoff Form to notify Contractor of the acceptance or rejection of the Services and Deliverables. Contractor will not be paid for any rejected Services or Deliverables.

  • Service Objectives D4.1 The Services will: a. be relevant to the health, support and care needs of each Resident, recognising their cultural and/or spiritual values, individual preferences and chosen lifestyles; b. provide a homelike and safe environment for each Resident; c. facilitate and assist the meeting of each Resident’s social, spiritual, cultural and recreational needs; d. provide the opportunity for each Resident wherever possible, or the Resident’s family/whānau or nominated representative (if any), to be involved in decisions affecting the Resident’s life; and e. acknowledge the significance of each Resident’s family/whānau and chosen support networks.

  • Project Objective The Parties will jointly develop the Project Objective based upon the Owner’s requirements, goals, and constraints. The Project Objective is comprised of the Base Program, Target Cost, Added Value Incentive Items, Implementation Documents, and Contract Time, and any other objectives agreed by the Parties. The Project Objective establishes the Project requirements and standards for measuring the Project’s success. The various components of the Project Objective may be incorporated into the Agreement through Amendment upon recommendation of the Project Management Team and approval of the Senior Management Team.

  • PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES 4.1 The Performance Plan (Annexure A) sets out- 4.1.1 the performance objectives and targets that must be met by the Employee; and 4.1.2 the time frames within which those performance objectives and targets must be met. 4.2 The performance objectives and targets reflected in Annexure A are set by the Employer in consultation with the Employee and based on the Integrated Development Plan, Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) and the Budget of the Employer, and shall include key objectives; key performance indicators; target dates and weightings. 4.2.1 The key objectives describe the main tasks that need to be done. 4.2.2 The key performance indicators provide the details of the evidence that must be provided to show that a key objective has been achieved. 4.2.3 The target dates describe the timeframe in which the work must be achieved. 4.2.4 The weightings show the relative importance of the key objectives to each other. 4.3 The Employee’s performance will, in addition, be measured in terms of contributions to the goals and strategies set out in the Employer’s Integrated Development Plan.
