Office Stewards. The Union may designate stewards in the Employment and Human Services and Health Services Departments who may be allowed to attend meetings held on County time for the purposes provided in 4.1.d above. In each case, advance arrangements for time away from the employee's work assignment must be made with the Department Head or designee. The number of stewards for the following offices are:
