Common use of Official Correspondence Clause in Contracts

Official Correspondence. (i) Any official correspondence from the Board to the Union normally shall be sent to the President of the Bargaining Unit, unless otherwise stated in this Agreement. (ii) Any official correspondence from the Union to the Board shall normally be sent to the Manager of Human Resource Services unless otherwise stated in the Agreement.
