Official Union Representatives. (i) Official Union Representatives shall include Shop Stewards and Union Executive Members who are not already on a leave of absence. (ii) The Union agrees to provide an up to date list of Official Union Representatives to the Employer every six (6) months.
Official Union Representatives. The Employer recognizes and agrees to deal with the designated Union Stewards and Representatives of Local #1 in all matters relating to grievances and the interpretation of this Memorandum of Understanding.

Official Union Representatives. In establishing an appropriate relationship between the Employer and the union and as part of encouraging Employees to join and remain members of the union the following shall apply: 1.10.1 A person elected or appointed as a Union Delegate shall, upon notification to their Employer, be recognised as the accredited representative of the Union. 1.10.2 A Union Delegate shall have the right to discuss work-related matters which are of concern to any Employee or to convey information relating to the workplace to Employees provided that the Union Delegate does not unduly interfere with the work in progress. 1.10.3 A Union Delegate shall be allowed a reasonable period of time during working hours to consult with an authorised official of the Union provided that this does not unduly interfere with the work in progress.
Official Union Representatives. The Union shall provide the IHSS Coordinator for the Public Authority a list of the names and telephone numbers of its official non-Provider representatives authorized to represent Providers, and shall update said list whenever there is a change in the list.

Release time shall be provided for MEA representatives to participate in disciplinary meetings, grievance meetings, meet and confer sessions and other labor relations matters with the City. Release time shall not be withheld unreasonably. 20. In scheduling meetings, reasonable consideration shall be given to the operating needs and work schedules of the particular employee's and representatives' department(s). 21. No representative may leave the duty or work station without specific approval of his supervisor. 22. Representatives shall be responsible for the performance of their work load consistent with release time approved pursuant to rules established herein.
