The "Ongoing Activities" clause defines the responsibilities and actions that must continue to be performed by one or both parties throughout the duration of an agreement. Ongoing Activities. Proposed actions that are nearing the completion of the NEPA process following the date this MOU is signed would not be subject to the MOU. This would include projects that are between the end of the final comment period and the signing of the Record of Decision. Each agency is encouraged to immediately begin implementing the conservation measures set forth in this MOU as appropriate and practicable.

a. Develop an action plan to engage and educate child-serving individuals and agencies including health navigators, school professionals, Iowa HHS staff and juvenile justice program staff.

a. Conduct ongoing trainings and engagement to ensure clear communications about systems improvements and changes being implemented in 2026 and beyond.
b. Work collaboratively with youth, providers, and child-serving agencies to gather feedback on communications materials and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Strategy 4. Strengthen cultural competency and accessibility through engagement with culturally appropriate organizations in the development and review of materials.
1. Short-term Activities (2025)
a. Develop trainings on cultural competency and accessibility with the Health Equity Office to make available on staff SharePoint sites.
b. Use results from the Iowa HHS Health Equity Assessment to inform internal cultural competency training needs.
c. Engage the Iowa REACH Communication Subcommittee with researching best practices from other states surrounding culturally competent communications. Anticipated Outcomes of Objective 1
1. Youth, families, providers, and public child-serving agencies are fully informed about the Relevant Services and how to access them.
2. Communications are culturally competent and accessible.
3. Communications are reviewed and improved where necessary on a regular basis.
Ongoing Activities. (a) Services to Fluor ▇▇▇▇▇▇. Prior to the effective date of this ------------------------ Agreement, FDGTI provided Environmental Services to members of the Fluor ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Group. Attached as Exhibit B is a summary of --------- substantially all of the ongoing projects in which FDGTI is providing Environmental Services to the Fluor ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Group, including contract numbers and contact persons. From the effective date of this Agreement, and except as otherwise provided in Exhibit B, the terms and conditions previously agreed --------- to between the Parties for all projects ongoing shall govern. In the event the terms and conditions of this Agreement are not inconsistent with such previously agreed to terms and conditions, the terms set forth in this Agreement shall apply. The Steering Committee shall attempt to resolve any disagreements that may arise under this paragraph (a).

Licensor will, at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ election, wind down, complete or transfer to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ any Development activity relating to the Licensed Compounds and Licensed Products that is ongoing on the Effective Date, except that (a) Licensor will have the right to complete the activities set forth in Schedule 2.1.3 (the “Ongoing Pre-Clinical Studies”) and (b) Licensor will have the right to conduct the Phase 2 MS POC Study in accordance with Section 3.4. If Pieris does not provide timely Continuation Election Notice (Section 19.3.4), then Roche (a) shall have the right to cancel all ongoing activities and (b) shall complete all non-cancellable activities at its own expense. If Pieris provides such timely Continuation Election Notice, then from the date of notice of termination until the effective date of termination, Roche shall, at Pieris’ request and expense, continue activities performed by or on behalf of Roche, including preparatory activities, ongoing as of the date of notice of termination. However, subject to Section 19.3.4, Roche shall not be obliged to initiate any new activities not ongoing at the date of notice of termination. After the effective date of termination and to the extent that Pieris has not made a request as described above, Roche shall not have any obligation to perform and/or complete any activities or to make any payments for performing or completing any activities under this Agreement, except as expressly stated herein.
