OnLine Banking Functions. You may use your secure login profile to perform the services described below and in subsequent sections of this Agreement: a. To transfer funds between your designated checking, savings, money market and revolving line of credit accounts at Bank. b. To transfer funds from any deposit account enrolled in OnLine Banking to your designated loan or other credit account(s) at Bank. c. To receive balance, activity, statements and certain other information on certain accounts owned by you. d. To search, sort, or filter account history. e. To communicate with Bank via secure e-mail for the purpose of account inquiries, maintenance and/or problem resolution, and to request information on certain Bank products and/or services. f. To set alerts on accounts based on preset parameters including, but not limited to, minimum or maximum balance thresholds, transfers processed or changes to your secure login profile. Alerts will be sent to your external e-mail address. You may also select to have alerts texted to your mobile phone number. g. To stop payment on a check. Stop payments may be requested online for checks. We will charge you for each stop payment order you give. Please see your account fee schedule for the stop payment fee amount.

OnLine Banking Functions. Online Services will allow you access to the following features and functions: • View Account(s) and transaction information • View check images, debits and credit items • View Account statements online. Transfer funds from one Eligible Account to another. You may transfer from an Eligible Account to make loan payments. You may initiate advances from Eligible Loans to Eligible Accounts if the Eligible Loan allows for such advances and there is availability on such loan. You may obtain historical information regarding Eligible Loans through this Service. While this Agreement does not impose a restriction on the number of transactions from Eligible Accounts or the amounts which may be transferred, certain transaction limits and restrictions on the frequency of transfers may be applicable with respect to certain types of Accounts. Please refer to the disclosure documents you received at the time your Accounts were established for more information on any limitations and restrictions applicable to such Accounts. • Check the current balance and other Account information on all your Eligible Accounts. You may also order copies of checks, place stop payments on checks, download your Account information to financial management software and upload data. • Communicate with us by using your computer to send and receive written messages electronically. Please use the "Contact Us" option to send us your comments, questions or concerns. • Manage your profile information including, Password/PIN and Token Enablement. • Elect to stop receiving paper statements. • Manage security questions and alerts. • Manage your email and text alerts. Security, Layered Authentication, Passwords and Biometric Features Denmark State Bank takes security very seriously, employing the most up-to-date products and services to protect our customers from fraud. We will never contact you requesting your Online Banking credentials. If you are approached by anyone to provide your Password, do not provide this information and contact us immediately at 920-863-2161, as you could be the victim of attempted fraud or identity theft.   • MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS B.1 The Association recognizes that the management of the Hospital and the direction of working forces are fixed exclusively in the Hospital and shall remain solely with the Hospital except as specifically limited by the provisions of this Agreement and, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, the Association acknowledges that it is the exclusive function of the Hospital to: (a) maintain order, discipline and efficiency; (b) hire, assign, retire, discharge, direct, promote, demote, classify, transfer, lay- off, recall, and suspend or otherwise discipline nurses, provided that a claim of discharge or discipline without just cause may be the subject of a grievance and dealt with as hereinafter provided; (c) determine, in the interest of efficient operation and high standards of service, job rating and classification, the hours of work, work assignments, methods of doing the work, and the working establishment for the service; (d) generally to manage the operation that the Hospital is engaged in and, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, to determine the number of personnel required, methods, procedures, and equipment in connection therewith; (e) make, enforce, and alter from time to time reasonable rules and regulations to be observed by the nurses which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement. B.2 These rights shall not be exercised in a manner inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services. You agree to be bound by any and all such additional requirements and limitations. You also agree to be bound by any and all of our published policies and procedures, whether published on the Web Site, through the Online Banking Services, or otherwise. Any and all such policies and procedures shall be a part of this Agreement.

  • MIXED FUNCTIONS An employee engaged for more than two hours during one day or shift on duties carrying a higher rate than his or her ordinary classification shall be paid the higher rate for such day or shift. If for two hours or less during one day or shift he or she shall be paid the higher rate for the time so worked.
