Online Google Form Connectivity Service Contract. 4.1. You will provide ▇▇▇▇▇ with accurate and up to date information when completing the Connectivity Service Contract on Google Forms. 4.2. The Google Forms will generate a Connectivity Service Contract clearly defining all connectivity charges and recurring monthly charges, as applicable. 4.3. When you complete the Authority and Mandate, you accept the terms of the Connectivity Service Contract. 4.4. By law, you are required to upload your proof of residence as well as a copy of your ID. 4.5. The Connectivity Service Contract will go to ▇▇▇▇▇’s service team, who will review your completed Connectivity Service Contract. Once accepted by ▇▇▇▇▇, the Connectivity Service Contract is complete and you will thereafter receive an e-mail containing your copy of the Connectivity Service Contract and Debit Order Authority Mandate. 4.6. ▇▇▇▇▇’s service team will inform you of the progress of your Connectivity Service Contract. 4.7.   • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charges ranging from $152 to $1,504 and non-recurring charges ranging from $200 to $1,000 for DS-1 and DS-3 Access Service at 4 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If WCS chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, WCS’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by WCS to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 WCS shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from WCS’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office WCS utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow WCS’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.
