ONLINE LANGUAGE SUPPORT Sample Clauses

The ONLINE LANGUAGE SUPPORT clause establishes the provision of language assistance services through digital platforms. This typically means that users can access translation, interpretation, or language learning resources online, either as part of a service agreement or as an added feature. By specifying the availability and scope of such support, the clause ensures that language barriers are minimized, facilitating clearer communication and broader accessibility for users who may not be fluent in the primary language of the service.
ONLINE LANGUAGE SUPPORT. 6.1. The participant must carry out the OLS language assessment in the language of mobility (if available) before the mobility period. The completion of the online assessment before departure is a pre-requisite for the mobility, except in duly justified cases.
ONLINE LANGUAGE SUPPORT. 5.1 For each participant a License will be activated for access to Online Language Support (OLS). The participant must complete the OLS language test before and at the end of the mobility period. 5.2 Participants must attend the OLS language course as soon as they have access to the online tool and make the best use of it. The participant must immediately inform his organization if he is not able to follow the course, even before accessing it.
ONLINE LANGUAGE SUPPORT. 6.1. The participant may carry out the OLS language assessment in the language of mobility (if available). The student can complete OLS language courses after having received access to the OLS-platform.
ONLINE LANGUAGE SUPPORT. In case the courses are taught is English, French, German, Italian, Spanish or Dutch, the Mobility Participant agrees to participate in online evaluation of his/her language skills before the start of the mobility and at its end or on dates agreed upon with the Home Institution, with the exception of native speakers or equivalent. The Participant must immediately inform the Home Institution if he/she is not able to perform the on-line evaluation for any reason and the Home Institution shall provide assistance for the purpose of solving the issue. The above obligation does not apply to native speakers of equivalent based on a definition given in the Conditions for Studying Abroad within the Erasmus+ Programme. The Mobility Participant may participate in an on-line language course taught in the language of instruction on the basis of a licence for the purpose of preparation on a stay abroad. If the Participant is given access to the course, he/she shall make every effort to make the most out of the service. The Mobility Participant shall immediately, prior to registering for the course for the first time, inform the home institution if he/she is unable to participate in this course for objective reasons.
ONLINE LANGUAGE SUPPORT. 9.1 Before the mobility period begins, the Participant must complete the OLS Assessment in the host institution’s language of instruction. Completing the online assessment before departure is a prerequisite for mobility. Participants whose native language is the language of instruction at the host institution are exempt from this rule. 9.2 Applicable only in the event of taking part in an OLS language course: The Participant will take part in an OLS language course of his choice and will agree to take advantage of the programme from the start and to the greatest extent possible, and notify the JKU immediately if this cannot be fulfilled.

Participants who fail to complete and submit the online participant report may be required by their organisation to partially or fully reimburse the financial support received. 8.2 A complementary online survey may be sent to the Participant as regards the completion of the information related to the recognition of the activities that were carried out.

The Participant must immediately inform the Home Institution if he/she is not able to perform the on-line evaluation for any reason and the Home Institution shall provide assistance for the purpose of solving the issue. The above obligation does not apply to native speakers of equivalent based on a definition given in the Conditions of Erasmus+ Programme for Postgraduate Traineeship. The Mobility Participant may participate in an on-line language course taught in the language of instruction on the basis of a licence for the purpose of preparation on a stay abroad. If the Participant is given access to the course, he/she shall make every effort to make the most out of the service. The Mobility Participant shall immediately, prior to registering for the course for the first time, inform the Home Institution if he/she is unable to participate in this course for objective reasons.

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.
