Open Bar. The renter is responsible for payment for all wine opened during the event. The renter may choose a specific list or allow all wines to be ordered by guests. The renter will be charged for any opened bottles. Payment will be taken at the end of the event time with the held card or cash. Drink Station: The most popular option! The renter purchases a number of bottles for their guests to serve themselves. Guests have the option to purchase different/additional wine by the glass or bottle if they choose. The renter is responsible for payment for only the bottles they order for the drink station. Large wine chiller available upon request. Federal Law permits no one under the age of 21 to consume or purchase alcoholic beverages. Valid state or government issued IDs may be required of guests before service can be provided. Open Bar. A bar at a special function at which the drinks have been prepaid for by the host.

Open Bar. All guests will be served at the bartender’s discretion. A 20% gratuity will be added to the bill. The bill will be paid by the person named on the rental agreement at the conclusion of the event. A hand stamp or wristband can be used if you wish to make sure only your guests (and not the general public) are being served.

Open Bar. 1 barmaid per one hundred (100) people. When there are more than seventy- five (75) people, the Company shall assign a bartender.

Open Bar. No limitations. Your guests may order alcoholic beverage of their choice. CASH BAR: Host is not paying for any alcoholic beverage. Guests may order alcohol but must pay for their own. On occasion, RF may allow decorating of the room earlier than three hours or perhaps the day before only if RF does not have a scheduled event. Payment will be taken at the end of the evening. A credit card is required to be kept on file for all private events. In the event a tab is not paid at the end of the evening, it will be charged to this card. Federal Law permits no one under the age of 21 to consume or purchase alcoholic beverages.
