Operating Engineers Clause Samples

The 'Operating Engineers' clause defines the roles, responsibilities, and conditions of employment for operating engineers involved in a project or workplace. Typically, this clause outlines the types of equipment these engineers are authorized to operate, the required certifications or union affiliations, and the work rules or safety standards they must follow. By clearly specifying these terms, the clause ensures that only qualified personnel handle specialized machinery, thereby promoting workplace safety and compliance with labor agreements.
