Operational Standards. (a) Manager will operate the Hotels at the expense of Lessee in accordance with and subject to the provisions of this Agreement and the Annual Business Plan. Manager shall manage the Hotels in a manner normally associated with extended stay hotels of similar size, type, or usage in similar locations. Manager shall use due care with respect to the management, maintenance, and protection of, and accounting for, Lessee’s and Owner’s assets.
(b) Manager shall manage and operate the Hotels and its businesses, services, and sales and shall exercise diligent efforts to do so at all times in a manner consistent with the standards imposed by the Trademark License Agreement, the Operating Lease, the requirements of all governmental regulations, and the requirements of this Agreement.
(c) Manager shall implement policies and practices to: (i) facilitate effective and efficient discharge of its obligations under this Agreement; and (ii) to create and enhance goodwill among existing and prospective guests and patrons.
Operational Standards. Customer shall furnish, install, operate and maintain in good order and repair, all without cost to the City, all equipment required for the safe operation of the Facility in parallel with the City’s electric distribution system. This includes, but is not limited to, equipment necessary to:
a. Establish and maintain automatic synchronism with the City’s electric distribution system; and
b. Automatically disconnect the Facility from the City’s electrical distribution system in the event of overload or outage of the City’s electrical distribution system. The Facility must be designed to operate within allowable operating standards for the City’s electric distribution system. The Facility must not adversely affect the quality or reliability of service provided to the City’s other customers. The City shall have the right to periodically inspect the Facility.
Operational Standards. Member shall operate and maintain in good order and repair, all without cost to the Cooperative, all equipment required for the safe operation of the Member Facility operating in parallel with the Cooperative's electrical supply and distribution system. Equipment required for safe operation shall include, but not be limited to, equipment necessary to (1) establish and maintain automatic synchronism with the Cooperative's electrical supply and distribution system and (2) automatically disconnect the Member Facility from the Cooperative's electrical supply and distribution system in the event of an overload or outage, including loss of one or more phases of a three phase service, on the Cooperative's electrical supply and distribution system. The Member Facility shall be designed to operate within allowable operating standards for the Cooperative's electrical supply and distribution system. The Member Facility shall not cause any adverse effects upon the quality or reliability of service provided to the Cooperative's other members. Member shall operate its Member Facility in accordance with all applicable rules, laws, and regulations including, but not limited to, IEEE 519 and 1547. Member shall provide a device to disconnect Member Facility from Cooperative’s electrical distribution facilities that is accessible and in reasonably close proximity to the billing meter. Member shall obtain any permits required by governmental authorities prior to construction, installation, and interconnection of the Member Facility. Member shall also maintain compliance with these permits during the term of this Agreement.

Operational Standards. Affiliate Agencies agree to adhere to the ICAC Task Force Program Operational and Investigative Standards, attached to and made part of this Agreement, as Attachment A. The undersigned law enforcement agency agrees to investigate ICAC cases within their jurisdiction, and assist other jurisdictions to investigate these cases. Affiliate Agencies agree to participate on the Washington Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force that is overseen by the SPD. Affiliate Agencies agree to use only sworn law enforcement investigators to conduct ICAC investigations. Each investigator involved with undercover operations must receive ICAC Program training prior to initiating proactive investigations and shall submit reports of all undercover activity to the SPD ICAC prior to conducting the investigation. Affiliate Agencies agree to conduct reactive investigations where subjects are associated within the Affiliate Agencies jurisdiction, including investigations of child pornography, Cybertip (CT) referrals from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), Internet Service Provider (ISP) and law enforcement referrals, and other ICAC- related investigations. Additional case initiations may develop from subject interviews, documented public sources, direct observations of suspicious behavior, public complaints, etc. Affiliate Agencies agree to record and document all undercover online activity. Any deviations from this policy due to unusual circumstances shall be documented in the relevant case file, reviewed and authorized by the ICAC Unit Commander, or equivalent, for that agency. Affiliate Agencies agree to provide the SPD with access to all ICAC investigative files including, without limitation, computer records, in order to ensure compliance with all national ICAC standards. Affiliate Agencies agree to locate its ICAC investigators in a secured space, to be provided by the Affiliate Agency, with controlled access to all equipment, software, and investigative files. At a minimum, information should be maintained in locked cabinets and under control of each Affiliate Agencies ICAC personnel, with restricted access to limited authorized personnel. Operational Standards. 8.1 The performance of the services required under this Agreement shall at all times be under the supervision and direction of an active, qualified competent local project manager, and such other staff as may be necessary to act in the absence of the project manager, who shall at all times be subject to the direction and control of SECOND PARTY. A project manager shall be assigned to the Airports and the Port, at SECOND PARTY's expense, and shall be available during normal business hours or other hours as designated by the Airports and the Port.
8.2 SECOND PARTY shall at all times retain qualified, competent, and experienced employees at the Airport and Port to meet the requirement outlined in Exhibit “A”. SECOND PARTY's employees shall be clean, courteous, efficient, and neat in appearance. SECOND PARTY shall not employ any person or persons in or about the premises who shall use improper language, or act in a loud, boisterous or otherwise improper manner. The Aviation Department and Port Department shall be the sole judge on the question as to whether the conduct of SECOND PARTY's representatives is objectionable, and if so judged, SECOND PARTY shall take all steps necessary to eliminate the conditions which have occasioned such judgment.
8.3 SECOND PARTY agrees that its employees shall be of sufficient number so as to properly perform the services required under this Agreement. If so directed by the Aviation Department or Port Department, SECOND PARTY shall provide for addition or reduction of employees, provided however, SECOND PARTY shall be paid only for the costs of the employees actually working at the Airports and the Port. SECOND PARTY shall provide its employees with uniforms and credentials which shall be subject to approval by the Aviation Department and Port Department. All employees shall be required to wear the appropriate approved uniforms and site specific credentials provided by SECOND PARTY at all times when on duty.
8.4 SECOND PARTY shall immediately remove and keep removed from the Airports and the Port premises any employee who participates in illegal acts, who violates Airport or Port rules and regulations, or the provisions of this Agreement, or who, in the opinion of SECOND PARTY, the Aviation Department, or the Port Department is otherwise detrimental to the public interest at the Airports or Port.

(1) The private person or entity with whom the adult parole authority contracts for the return of Ohio prisoners shall have twenty-four hour operational staff and equipment to constantly monitor activities in the field and have on-board, constant communication capability with vehicles in the field.
(2) The private person or entity with whom the adult parole authority contracts for the return of Ohio prisoners shall require that officers and employees that actually engage in the return of prisoners to be certified by an appropriate certification entity in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid.
