  • Nurse Representatives The Employer agrees to recognize two (2) Nurse Representatives for the purpose of dealing with grievances and conducting Union interviews.

  • Designated Representative Except as provided in Section 2.4 of this Agreement, in the event that a Member is unable to make decisions, Company or Company Contractors will attempt to contact the Member’s Designated Representative for the purposes of making decisions on behalf of Member in regards to any items or services set forth in this Agreement.   • Union Representative Visits The Union shall inform the Employer in advance whenever the designated representatives of the Union intend to visit the Employer’s premises for the purpose of conducting Union business. Such visits shall not interfere with the normal operations of the worksite. Reasonable accommodation will be made to allow the Presidents of the Unions to have access to union members to conduct union business.
