Common use of Ordering and Electronic Interface Clause in Contracts

Ordering and Electronic Interface. 9.1 Manual interface is currently being used for Charter to order services, and it includes facsimile orders and E-mail orders in accordance with the CenturyTel Service Guide. Conventional electronic ordering interface is not currently available. If CenturyTel later makes electronic interface ordering available to Charter, then the Parties agree that, to the extent practicable, electronic interface will be used by Charter for ordering services and manual interface will be discontinued unless this is impracticable.
