OTHER IMPLICATIONS. Should the Community Centre be constructed during the term of this lease, the agreement allows for the Tenant (BIM) to give 6 months’ notice to the Children’s Centre. The lower level of ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ has been the facility that houses almost 90% of all of Community Recreation programs. Over the last 14 years many changes have been made to the facility to accommodate recreation needs and provide new programming opportunities. While discussion and planning still continues with regards to the new Community Centre, there is still a current need for recreation programming space. Entering into another five (5) year lease with the ▇▇▇▇▇ Children’s Centre (BCC) meets that need and expands on the collaborative working relationship between BCC and the Municipality.
