Other Relative Clause Samples

The "Other Relative" clause defines who qualifies as an 'other relative' for the purposes of the agreement or policy. Typically, this clause clarifies which family members, beyond immediate family, are included—such as in-laws, step-relatives, or extended family like cousins or grandparents. By specifying these relationships, the clause ensures there is no ambiguity about who is covered or affected by certain provisions, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring clarity in the application of the agreement.
