Overage Charges. If your actual usage of the Cloud Service during the measurement period exceeds the entitlement stated on the ▇▇▇ portion of the Order Document, then you will be invoiced for the overage, as set forth in the Order Document.

Overage Charges. If the actual usage of the SaaS Product(s) during the applicable measurement period exceeds the permitted Usage Metric limitations set forth in the Service Description or other document, Customer will be charged for the overage as specified for the applicable SaaS Product(s) or service as set forth in the Service Description.

If Customer is provisioned within a given quarter, overage will be prorated accordingly.

Overage Charges. User acknowledges that at the end of each billing period, a fee is charged for online storage consumed. Such fee shall be calculated based on incremental Gigabytes used multiplied by the implied price per Gigabyte, rounded up to the nearest Gigabyte.

If a subscription period is less than 12 months or less than 12 monthly periods remain in a subscription period, the number of monthly entitlements remaining in a subscription will be used for the total number of entitled messages in aggregate. a. Example 1: Customer has a 12 month subscription period and has acquired one million Digital Messages per month. If customer sends more than 12 million Digital Messages before the end of the 12 month subscription period, customer will be invoiced the following month for the quantity in excess and all usage in the coming months will be billed in arrears till the end of the subscription period. b. Example 2: Customer has a three year subscription period and has acquired one million Digital Messages per month. If customer sends more than 12 million messages before the end of the first 12 months period, customer will be invoiced the following month for the quantity in excess and all usage until the end of the 12 month period. Overage Charges. Overage Charges are billed for services used that are outside your purchased package limits. Overage Charges are disclosed to You on the initial Order Form. Unless otherwise stated, any Overage Charges incurred by you will be billed in arrears on a Quarterly basis. Overage Charges which remain unpaid for 30 days after being billed are considered overdue. Failure to pay Overage Charges when due may result in your Service being terminated. 5.4.1 CustomerGauge reserves the right to adjust Overage Charges with notification and will charge the current rate at the time of billing.
