Overloaded Containers. No commercial container, dumpster, or roll-off container should be overloaded to the point where the lid or covers will not close, or the tarp will not properly cover the load. Contractor may decline to empty an overloaded container until the Customer unloads the dumpster or roll-off container to the point where the lid(s) will close, or where the load may be safely tarped prior to transport.

Overloaded Containers. A driver must make the dispatcher aware if the container appears to be overloaded by the customer before transporting the container. Where a container has been overloaded and the combined weight is over the GVW, the driver has the right to refuse to pull that container.   • Explosives Explosives or other highly flammable substances shall not be stored or used on Railroad's property without the prior written approval of Railroad.

  • Overload A regular employee who works an overload in a given year shall receive no less than either: (a) the pro-rata salary for the overload based on the Provincial Salary Scale or the secondary scale on which the employee is placed or (b) a reduction of workload in a subsequent year that is commensurate with the amount of the overload. The conditions governing overloads are as set out in the regular employee’s local collective agreement, subject to the above provision.

  • Lighting A system of fixtures providing or controlling the light sources used on or near the airport or within the airport buildings. The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.

  • Noise The Hirer shall ensure that the minimum of noise is made on arrival and departure, particularly late at night and early in the morning. The Hirer shall, if using sound amplification equipment, make use of any noise limitation device provided at the premises and comply with any other licensing condition for the premises.
