Overtime and Call. IN 10.01 The Union, realizing that the nature of the Company’s business requires its products to be delivered within rigid time limits, agrees to co-‐operate in working periods of overtime, as required. 10.02 Authorized overtime hours will be paid for at the rate of one and one-‐half (1 ½) times the employee’s hourly rate. 10.03 Should an employee be called back to work after completing the regular hours of work for the day or work week, the employee shall be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours at one and one-‐half (1 ½) times the regular hourly rate.
