Common use of Overtime/Comp Time Off Clause in Contracts

Overtime/Comp Time Off. Any authorized time worked other than the FLSA non-exempt employee's workweek shall be compensated in cash or compensatory time off at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times the employee's regular straight-time rate of pay. Compensatory time may be accumulated up to forty (40) hours. Compensatory time off may be taken by mutual agreement of the employee and the supervisor.
