OVERTIME MINIMUM. Officially requested overtime shall be paid for in one-quarter hour segments with a daily minimum payable of one hour for the first hour or portion of an hour worked.
OVERTIME MINIMUM. An employee may be required to work for up to fifteen (15) minutes beyond the normal seven (7) hour work day without additional compensation. However, it is understood that the employee's following work day will be reduced by an equal amount of time. Any authorized time in excess of fifteen (15) minutes will be paid at overtime rates, with a minimum of one (1) hour being earned.
OVERTIME MINIMUM. Overtime shall be paid in one-half (½) hour periods regardless of the time worked in any one-half (½) hour period.
OVERTIME MINIMUM. With regard to both planned and unplanned patrol team overtime, there is no minimum number of hours. Planned overtime postings and unplanned overtime will be offered for the actual number of hours needed. If small blocks of overtime aren’t filled by on-duty personnel adding them to an existing shift, managers may apply a 6-hour minimum to a shift for personnel coming in on a day off.
(d) These overtime procedures may be reviewed and/or modified at the mutual agreement of both management and PAPOA.

OVERTIME MINIMUM. When an employee is called in for work, which is not continuous with his regular work schedule, the employee shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1.5) for a minimum of three (3) hours.
OVERTIME MINIMUM. Any employee who reports to work scheduled overtime, not contiguous to his/her regular shift, shall be guaranteed one half the scheduled overtime, not to exceed four (4) hours.
OVERTIME MINIMUM. Overtime worked which is not an extension of shift shall be compensated at a minimum of three (3) hours paid at 1.5 times the regular rate.
OVERTIME MINIMUM. With reference to Article 18 Overtime, no employee shall be required to work less than one hour of overtime when overtime is required.
OVERTIME MINIMUM. Unless it is cancelled on the preceding shift or 12 hours in advance, employees will be assured 3 pay hours for scheduled overtime which is not consecutive with their regular shift – 4 pay hours if called in, and 6 pay hours if the overtime was prearranged for a normal day off.
