Overtime Record. Each Overtime Group shall use an electronic spreadsheet as an overtime record to record hourly employee's overtime. The "Overtime Record" shall be adjusted each year of the Agreement by reducing the hours accumulated by each employee in the Overtime Group by the amount of hours that the employee with the lowest overtime accumulation has been charged.
