Overtime Time and one. half an employee's regular hourly wage rate shall be paid for all hours worked by an employee over 8 in a day or over 40 in a week. There shall be no pyramiding of overtime. Hours paid but not worked for a holiday or vacation shall count as hours worked under this Section. Employer retains the right to require employees to work overtime, but no employee shall work overtime without Employer's prior approval. All hours worked on Sunday shall be paid at double the straight time hourly rate.
