Owner Use. Owner may use the Aircraft when said use does not interfere with scheduled use of the Aircraft arranged by the FBO.

Owner may not schedule an Owner stay for any period for which an Existing Reservation is in place. Owner stays are subject to RVR's standard check-in and checkout times for the RV. With the exception of the first two usages of the current calendar year, which shall be provided by RVR at no cost to the Owner, RVR shall clean the RV after each Owner stay and charge to Owner the then- current cleaning fee for the RV.
