The Packing and Labeling clause sets requirements for how goods must be packaged and labeled before delivery. Packing and Labeling. TIGER SS shall monitor and ensure that each Supplier (i) preserves, packages, handles, and packs Products so as to protect the Products from loss or damage, in conformance with good commercial practice, government regulations, and other applicable requirements; (ii) marks the exterior of the boxes with the associated PSSWM item number and serial number, lot or batch number, NDC or UPC number as applicable, of the contents; (iii) provides this information on the exterior of the boxes in bar-code format; (iv) ships Products as specified by PSSWM; and (v) is responsible for any loss or damage due to its failure to properly preserve, package, handle or pack Products.
