PARTICIPATION IN THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM. 2.1 In order to participate in the Affiliate Program one must submit an Affiliate Participation Form or Application Form, which may be rejected by XTB at its sole discretion. XTB shall scrutinise each Affiliate Participation Form or Application Form and shall inform each Affiliate Candidate who submitted the Affiliate Participation Form/Application Form, whether it has been approved for the Affiliate Program. Affiliate Candidate shall choose a preferred Remuneration Plan (CPA Plan), which may be either accepted or rejected by XTB at its sole discretion. Affiliate Candidate shall receive an e-mail message from XTB with a notice of acceptance or rejection of the submitted Affiliate Participation Form or Application Form and a preferred Remuneration Plan together with contact details of dedicated Affiliate Manager, who will contact the Affiliate Candidate in order to determine the details of the cooperation and the relevant Remuneration Plan, if needed. 2.2 Upon XTB’s approval of the Affiliate Participation Form/Application Form, the fulfillment of the conditions set in term 2.1 above regarding the determination and approval by XTB of the Remuneration Plan and following the positive verification of the documents as may be requested by XTB, including in particular documents listed in point 7.1., the Affiliate Candidate becomes the Affiliate and is granted by XTB an access to the Affiliate Panel. 2.3 The Affiliate shall receive an e-mail notice from XTB informing of the Agreement conclusion.

Remuneration Plan and following the positive verification of the documents as may be requested by XTB, including in particular documents listed in point 7.1., the Affiliate Candidate becomes the Affiliate and is granted by XTB an access to the Affiliate Panel. 2.3 The Affiliate shall receive an e-mail notice from XTB informing of the Agreement conclusion. 2.4 Upon becoming an Affiliate, the Affiliate is entitled to also participate in the “Invite Partners” program. The Affiliate that wishes to participate in this program shall refer to the dedicated section of XTB’s Website and declare its/her/his participation and generate and obtain the relevant referral link to be shared for this purpose with the introduced Affiliate Candidate. Affiliates participating in this program - either as an introducing or as an introduced Affiliate - shall offer their services to XTB, under and within the scope of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

PARTICIPATION IN THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM. Once you complete and submit to us the Affiliate Application, we will review your application and notify you whether you have been accepted to participate in the Affiliate Program or not. If we do not notify you that you are accepted to participate in the Affiliate Program within thirty (30) days from your application, your application shall be considered to be rejected. If the your application will be rejected, this will also include the termination of this agreement. If your application is accepted, we will also provide you by e-mail a link to the Tracking Platform where you shall create an account in order to participate in our Affiliate Program.

PARTICIPATION IN THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM. 3.1. When registering as a Center User for the Application according to the Terms of Use the user automatically gets his account registered within the Affiliate Tool. 3.2. We will pay you Commission as described in section 4 hereto for each new Client who completes an applicable Client Transaction after clicking on an Invite Link made available by you, provided that you remain eligible to receive Commission pursuant to the terms of this Policy. The start of the Client’s access is determined by the date of the first Client Transaction and you will receive a Commission payment for that Client Transaction in case it is approved by us on the terms stated herein.

PARTICIPATION IN THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM. 2.1. The Terms and Conditions govern the relations between Spinwise and the Affiliate under the Affiliate Agreement and unless otherwise specifically agreed replaces and supersedes any previous agreements between Spinwise and the Affiliate (if any). 2.2. By applying to the Affiliate Program the Affiliate confirms that it has read, understands and agrees to these Terms and Conditions. 2.3. In order to participate in the Affiliate Program the Affiliate must complete an Affiliate Application Form, which Spinwise may accept or reject at their sole and absolute discretion. 2.4. The Affiliate will receive an email from Spinwise indicating the acceptance or rejection of the submitted Affiliate Application Form. A dedicated Affiliate manager might contact the Affiliate for any specifics of the cooperation and the relevant Remuneration Plan, if necessary. 2.5. Upon Spinwise acceptance of the Affiliate's Application Form, the Affiliate shall be provided with a unique Tracking link and individual Affiliate Account. Any Customers acquired via the Tracking Link and the bets placed during such sessions shall be registered and/or tracked in the Affiliates' Account. 2.6. Spinwise shall administer the turnover generated via the Tracking Links, record the Net Revenues and the total amount payable to the Affiliate. 2.7. Spinwise shall provide the Affiliate with necessary information and Marketing Materials to take part in the Affiliate Program. Spinwise is not responsible for any marketing or advertising material which is not approved by Spinwsie. 2.8. Spinwise shall be responsible for the content and presentation of any Marketing Material provided to the Affiliate by Spinwise. 2.9. Spinwise shall not be held liable for any fines, sanctions and/or other damages which may be incurred by the Affiliate as a result of its non-compliance with the Affiliate Agreement, Spinwise instructions and/or any applicable regulations as well as in case the Affiliate amends any Marketing Materials or information without receiving prior written consent from Spinwise. 2.10. The Affiliate is solely responsible to ensure that any and all information submitted in the Affiliate Application Form or directly to Spinwise is correct, true and kept up to date at all times.

  • Program Participation By participating in the CRF Program, Grantee agrees to: a. Not increase any Eligible Household’s rent through January 2021; b. Waive all costs, fees and charges incurred by Eligible Households as a result of non- payment or partial payment of rent during the impacted months; c. Not consider non-payment or partial payment by Eligible Households during impacted months when considering renewal of an Eligible Household’s lease, or, share this information with other rental properties, credit bureaus and tenant screening companies; d. Not initiate new Eligible Household evictions for non-payment of rent and must suspend all pending evictions of Eligible Households for nonpayment of rent for the duration of the rental payment assistance; e. Not issue a notice to vacate to Eligible Households for nonpayment of rent until the end of the Eviction Relief Period; and f. Not require Eligible Households to vacate the unit until 30 days after such notice.

  • No Participation in Management Except as expressly permitted hereunder, the Limited Partners shall not take part in the management of the Partnership’s business, transact any business in the Partnership’s name or have the power to sign documents for or otherwise bind the Partnership.

  • Participation Contributor will participate in any Work Groups (defined in the Policy) identified above, and any other Work Groups that it actually participates in or notifies ODIF that it wants to participate in, according to the rules and procedures in the then-current OpenID Process Document (“Process Document”), which is fully incorporated into this Agreement by this reference, and subject to the Policy.
