Common use of Pay for Overtime Worked Clause in Contracts

Pay for Overtime Worked. Overtime shall be compensated at the following rates: (a) up to eight (8) hours in a regularly scheduled workday be paid at the regular rate of pay; (b) time and one-half (1½) for the next three (3) hours of overtime on a regularly scheduled workday; (c) double time for hours worked in excess of (b).
