Pay Frequency. Payment of salaries herein established shall be bi-weekly. Each pay period shall begin at 12:01 a.m. Sunday to and including 12:00 midnight Saturday two weeks following. Each payment shall be made not later than the Friday following the ending of each payroll period and shall include payment for all earnings during the previous payroll period. The City will initiate a program for electronic deposit of payroll checks with banks and credit unions whenever possible.

Pay Frequency. 7.2.1 All employees in the bargaining unit shall be paid once per month, on or before the last working day of the month which the District Office is open for business. If the normal payday falls on a holiday, the paycheck shall be issued on the preceding workday. 7.2.2 Paychecks are sent electronically to the employee’s bank/credit union, pursuant to arrangements which the unit member makes with the payroll office. Pay Frequency. The Town may choose to pay employees on a weekly or biweekly basis, provided that employees are given at least ninety (90) days notice of any change in payment frequency, and provided that such change is made at the same time that other Town employees are affected

Once the summer lump sum pay option is elected, the employee may change back to twenty-four (24) pays, however, if the employee changes back to the twenty-four (24) pay option, the employee will no longer have the option to elect a summer lump sum option. A signed requested form must be received by the payroll coordinator no later than April 30 in order for the summer lump pay option to be processed.
