Pay Ranges. (a) The pay rate ranges and any annual increases to pay rate ranges covered by this Agreement are set out in Schedule 1 and take effect and are payable from the dates set out in Schedule 1.

Appendices A and B identify job classifications and their associated range. E. Effective the pay period that includes September 1, 2018, 2019, and 2020, members will be compensated according to the corresponding pay ranges above and may receive a market based adjustment based on the member’s relative proximity to the midpoint of the new range. No member’s base hourly rate of pay will be below the new minimum of their pay range. No member’s base hourly rate of pay will be reduced as a result of these market adjustments. No member will receive a market increase above the maximum of the member’s pay range listed above.
Pay Ranges. A schedule of pay grades with pay rates and ranges, six salary steps enumerated 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, and hourly rate equivalents (based on 173.333 hours per month) has been established by resolution adopted by the Council. The classes covered by this MOU have been assigned by Council resolution to appropriate pay grades. The pay rate, pay range and salary steps for each pay grade establishes the basic compensation for each class assigned to each pay grade. The classes are listed alphabetically by class title in a salary schedule indicating pay range, salary steps, or other rates of pay, and the assigned overtime group for each class as designated by the Council.

Pay Ranges. Pay Ranges for Nurses are set by the attached Exhibit C, Pay Range Scale. The Pay Range Scale may be adjusted at the Hospital’s discretion.

Pay Ranges. The salaries of existing employees will be capped when they reach the maximum of their corresponding pay range. Under most circumstances, new employees will be hired at the base of the pay range of a classification as established by the Human Resources Department. In some instances, incoming employees may possess significant education, certifications, experience, and/or skills that would warrant a starting salary above the base of the pay range.
Pay Ranges. Salary and wage rates for each classification in the bargaining unit are set 20 forth in the Wage Addendum A. If the County increases wage rates for Juvenile Probation 21 Counselors or Juvenile Probation Counselor – Leads, or Administrative Support Specialist III in 22 Superior Court, the County and Union agree to reopen negotiations on classification wages in this 23 bargaining unit.
